Bathrooms

  • Counters cleaned – debris-free

  • Sink (including exterior drain) cleaned and polished

  • Faucet cleaned

  • Mirror cleaned to a streak-free shine

  • Medicine cabinet cleaned inside and out

  • Cupboard and drawer hardware cleaned

  • Cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out

  • Bathtub cleaned

  • Shower head, exterior drain and faucet cleaned

  • Tile & grout cleaned if requested (staining may not be removable)

  • Rubbish emptied-rubbish bag replaced

  • Inside windows cleaned, windowsills wiped, and blinds dusted (if sturdy)

  • Switch plates and power outlets wiped

  • Light fixtures dusted and cleaned inside and out (if removed by client)

  • Walls and doors cleaned- walls washed, if necessary

  • Baseboards wiped clean

  • Towel bar cleaned

  • Toilet paper roll holder cleaned

  • Clean toilet, including base and behind (if brush is provided)

  • Floors vacuumed and/or mopped, if applicable to the flooring type

  • Tracks and doors of closets cleaned (mirrored doors cleaned)

  • Floors of closet vacuumed (including corners and baseboards)

  • Hanger rods/racks dusted and cleaned 

  • All skirtings/baseboards wiped clean

  • Doors and walls cleaned- walls washed, if necessary 

  • Light fixtures dusted and cleaned inside and out (if removed by client)

  • Power outlets and switch plates wiped

  • Interior windows cleaned (if reachable on step stool)

  • Windowsills cleaned and blinds dusted 

  • Rubbish emptied and rubbish bag replaced 

  • Floors vacuumed and/or mopped, if applicable to the flooring type

  • Exterior drain and drain stopper cleaned

  • Faucet and sink cleaned and polished

  • Light fixtures dusted and cleaned inside and out (if removed by client)

  • Toaster cleaned inside and out – area underneath cleaned

  • Microwave cleaned inside and out

  • Backsplash cleaned and splatter-free

  • Clean inside and outside drawers (including handles)

  • Cupboard handles cleaned

  • Every cupboard cleaned inside and out

  • Dishwasher control panel wiped, buttons and dials cleaned
