Welcome to The Cleaning Fairy Co website. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Bookings and Quotes -
    All bookings are subject to availability
    Quotes are based on the information provided by you. If the scope of work is different on arrival, we may adjust the price accordingly.

  2. Payments -
    Payment is due within 7 days of service completion
    We accept payment by card, bank transfer, or cash payment
    Late payments may incur a fee

  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling -
    Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee

  4. Access to the Property -
    Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time
    If our cleaners cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply

  5. Health & Safety -
    Our team follows safe cleaning practices
    We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous

  6. Damage & Liability -
    We take the utmost care during our cleans
    In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours of the clean
    The Cleaning Fairy Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items of a fragile/unstable nature

  7. Satisfaction Guarantee -
    If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve it

  8. Website Use -
    All content on this site (including text, images, and logos) is the property of The Cleaning Fairy Co. and cannot be used without permission.
