  • Yes, we are happy to help! The Cleaning Fairy Co provides high quality cleaning for NDIS participants and support coordinator. While we are not a registered NDIS provider, we can work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. We supply detailed invoices and meet the NDIS cleaning and safety standards, making it simple to claim through your plan.

  • Yes, and with a magic shield! We are fully insured (including public liability and workers’ comp), and all of our fairies are carefully vetted and police cleared for your peace of mind.

  • We bring all our own supplies—from vacuums to eco-friendly potions!

  • Not at all! You can leave a key or access details, and we will work our fairy magic while you go about your day. Your comfort and convenience come first.

  • We love pets-as long as they don’t steal the show! We ask that pets be safely contained to help our fairies do their work without surprises.

  • No need to worry! If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours. We will return and fix it - for free. Your satisfaction is the fairy dust that keeps us going!

  • We get it-life happens! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Avoids fairy fee surprises!
